2009 Autumn Beef Week: 30 January - 6 February 2009


Beef Week is conducted by a committee appointed by Stud Beef Victoria, a non-profit organisation representing Victoria's beef cattle seedstock producers.

In response to the growing trend to Spring calving and the needs of bull buyers who want to buy in the Spring, there will now be two Beef Weeks a year, the traditional one in Autumn and a new one in Spring.
