Location: 431 Wandella Rd, Wandella, Vic, 3579. 7km West of Kerang. From Kerang travel on Murray Valley Highway for 1km towards Swan Hill, than take Quambatook Rd on the left for a further 2km and than turn left into Wandella Rd. Follow Wandella Rd for 4.2km and driveway on left.

Information: Established in 1971, this year we celebrate our 50th year of breeding Charolais. Our focus is to produce a modern type Polled Charolais with calving ease, early growth and extra carcass weight in a moderate frame. Current sires have been selected for their carcass quality which is resulting in progeny combining yield and easier finishing ability. On display will be our sale bulls and females entered for the Southern Breeders Sale at Yea in March. All bulls are performance recorded, sire verified and semen tested. We will also have a selection of A.I & ET calves along with stud females on display. We look forward to seeing you. Lunch and refreshments available.

Information: We would like to once again welcome everyone to our open day. After founding our stud in 2014 we have grown extensively with the use of ET and AI sourcing the best genetics from within Canada and Australia. After joining 180 pure breed Speckle Park females in 2020 we are excited on what the future holds. We will have on display our 2021 'Diamonds Are Forever' inaugural sale bulls, as well as our show team and a large group of donor females. We will also have cattle on display from Macorna Limousin stud where we are carefully selecting leading edge sires aiming to produce both Polled French and Black Limousins. With all our cattle we aim to produce docile cattle with high yielding potential.

Information: Merribook Livestock invites you to attend Beef Week 2022. What an outstanding 2021 it has been for the agriculture industry considering the trying conditions in Australia with COVID. It saw all time highs in the beef industry and leaves an exciting 2022 ahead with still a shortage of breeding females and plenty of confidence in the job. At Beef Week field days we will have offering of Yearling bulls both stud and commercial on display suited for both cows and heifers after selling a high of 50 yearlings last year. By leading A.I. sires in the country Moe, General, Glenoch-JK Makahu, Blackout and Enhance. Low birth weight bulls with excellent growth and docility. Also at the heart of our breeding herd, donors and future donors including a line up of yearling heifers that are well worth inspection. All stock will be available for private sale. Come and join us for a light luncheon and refreshments.

Location: Travel 8km north from Dookie on Saddleback Rd (which changes name to Dookie Rd over hill), turn left into Jeffrey Rd, property first on left.

Information: Murray Greys are known as the carcase breed. In addition they are easy calving, excellent mothers, heat tolerant, naturally polled and calm to handle. Through the use of elite genetics we aim to provide high performance animals with low birth weights. We want to provide quiet, well-handled bulls that will provide our clients with soft, well muscled, thick meaty calves. It is worth a day trip to the picturesque Dookie hills to see our bulls for sale, upcoming young sires and our magnificent matrons. So come along, we'd love to see you and our cows love a pat.
